Job Description:


* Executing the RealManage growth strategy in this market, and enhancing our reputation for providing superior customer service
* Performing market research to identify potential clients
* Securing new business through a multitude of both direct and indirect efforts
* Continuing to build your network to support sales & marketing initiatives
* Delivering presentations (in-person and via the web) and educating prospective clients on RealManage service offerings, always striving to help prospective clients to make the best decisions for their communities
* Generating management proposals, responding to RFP's, and continually following up with key decision makers
* Maintaining excellent, professional and timely communication with clients before, during, and after their transition to RealManage
* Coordinating with the company's corporate and local branch leaders & staff to achieve all growth and customer satisfaction goals
* On an as needed basis, provide additional sales and marketing support in other markets; which may require overnight travel
* Plus other work related tasks needed

*HOA industry experience preferred*


We expect this individual to exhibit a broad set of skills including strong sales & marketing abilities, solid written and verbal communications ability, and an excellent ability to understand client needs. It is essential that the individual selected for this position be able to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect with current and potential clients and throughout the RealManage organization at all levels.

* Writing skills: Ability to write professional business correspondence with proper grammar, spelling and ability to learn the industry lexicon
* Communication skills: Ability to communicate with branch leaders, corporate sales staff, and potential board members regarding the sales process and to effectively execute contracts
* Public Speaking: Ability to present comfortably and professionally in front of groups of people, provide sales presentations
* Responsiveness and follow up: Ability to respond to correspondence and voicemails in a timely manner according to strict policy guidelines, and ability to follow through and track projects/assignments/potential clients
* Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks/situations at one time
* Other: Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and a comfort level with Technology i.e. laptops, projectors, tablets, etc.
* High energy with a passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business

*Preferred Experience: *

* 3-5 years of sales, business development and market research experience
* 3-10 years of HOA industry experience
* Minimum CMCA certification, PCAM - preferred, or equivalent state certification
* Established network of professionals relevant to the businesses of developing or managing homeowners associations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
