Business ManagementThe Business Management job is responsible for providing strategic advice for the assigned business area. While focusing on the highest level projects, this job executes strategic business management consulting by analyzing metrics and presentations to support business strategies, driving business management policies and routines, and being the central point of contact for leaders in the execution of business management tasks. This job is a recognized master in the Business Management area.Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Acts as a technical/functional master in assigned area and makes decisions on tactical issues that impact the business.
  • Oversees the implementation of policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy.
  • Drives process improvements in assigned business area.
  • Analyzes and reports to senior management on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics.
  • Oversees business management projects by monitoring and tracking risks, issues and action items.
  • Drives and oversees meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives.
  • Influences the development of new strategic initiatives through tracking budgets and milestones.Educational Requirements

          • Drives the end-to-end change and adoption process developed for the Retirement business from intake through hand-off to BAU
          • Serves as the change management leader for assigned initiatives/value streams and provides full lifecycle change management support including intake, assessment, facilitation, and execution of change management and adoption plans and reinforcement -
          • Develops and implements change plans, identifies roles impacted, and uses subsequent assessments and change management methodology to recommend course corrections that supports change adoption and increases ROI
            • Institutes the means for measuring, reporting, and assessing change management effectiveness for specific supported programs and looks across a portfolio of stakeholder impacts
            • Seeks knowledge of current best practices in the industry and finds ways to innovatePreferred Qualifications
              • Working knowledge of the Retirement business client-facing roles
              • Demonstrated understanding of process improvement and process design
              • Six Sigma certification
              • PROSCI Change Management Certification
              • Demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders in sponsoring projects
              • Knowledge of Unified Desktop, Salesforce, and reporting systems
              • Excellent written and verbal communications
