Job Description:

DescriptionThe Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with an assigned set of clients by working closely with a team of technical consultants to deliver consistently exceptional service.Core Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with assigned clients, including performing regular client reviews and resolving service, project, and billing issues.
  • Ensure new clients are onboarded to WorkSmart services efficiently, and develop and deliver recommendations based on onboarding discoveries.
  • Consult and advise assigned WorkSmart clients on best practices and strategies for IT systems and business planning. Develop, quote, and present solutions to clients.
  • Report key metrics weekly.Key Metrics
    • Client Revenue Retention
    • Monthly Services under Management
    • Net Promoter Score / Customer SatisfactionRequirements
      • Have at least 3 years of experience working with and consulting small & medium businesses regarding information technology.
      • Have 5+ years of customer service experienceYou'll also need:
        • excellent communication (written and oral) skills
        • excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
        • the desire and ability to learn new technologyThis is a hybrid position. Employees will work both on-site and remotely.
