It all begins with you.About this role: Wells Fargo Supply Chain Management (SCM) in the front line is currently seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to play a critical role in supporting SCM's Issue Management and Oversight team. The role will lead processes for the design, implementation, execution and optimization that supports the issue management lifecycle. This includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations with a strong focus on timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues.A key differentiator will be the ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex environment. The role requires a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement while having ability to make timely and difficult decisions. Reporting to the SCM Governance Head, this role will be a key contributor to the strategy for how risk and relationships are managed across the Enterprise.The role requires risk and program management expertise in identifying, evaluating, developing, and validate risk attributes that will mitigate these risks by providing solutions to SCM stakeholders. Candidate must be a self-starter who is execution-oriented with demonstrated experience in a rapidly changing, matrixed environment. A successful candidate in this role will leverage their risk management and oversight experience to promote a strong risk culture focusing on the issue management lifecycle and supporting all SCM business verticals and partnering with all lines of defense.Candidate will be a proven self-starter with the capability of driving results independently in a team setting. They will communicate professionally and effectively with various levels within the organization, providing relevant details and drive business results. In addition, a successful candidate will be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work efforts, prioritizing effectively across competing tasks and deliverables.In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertiseRequired Qualifications, US:
    • 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • Knowledge of third-party risk management processes and requirements
        • Strong knowledge for risk identification and control evaluations
        • Understanding of operational oversight for third party execution and third party regulations, including international requirements
        • Experience creating and implementing new processes or programs based on emerging changes
        • Ability to work effectively lead a team and work across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
        • Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building, partnering and collaboration skills with clear ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of key business partners/stakeholders including senior management
        • Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings
        • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
        • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
        • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and departments to coordinate work activities and approvals (e.g. Compliance, Supply Chain Management, Technology, Finance)Job Expectations:
