Possess a deep knowledge of digital (technology) and payments and collaborate across all facets of Truist to help lead and accelerate Truists CIG/CML digital transformation program. Play a significant part in shaping Truists digital vision, strategy, and long-term strategic priorities and direct activities that determine digital investments. Serve as thought leader within the industry and represent Truist in a variety of forums, committees, and boards.The CIG Relationship Manager is a proven leader, capable of partnering with a wide cross-section of partners to help create innovative and compelling digital experiences for our Truist clients. The CIG Relationship Manager is responsible for driving the digital innovation roadmap for our CIG/CML segments by defining and prioritizing product strategies to create intuitive, distinctive experiences for our Truist clients and teammatesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.   • Research, analyze, and learn about a target client segment, to garner a deep understanding of their segment and that segments financial needs.
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition, industry trends, and changing customer needs. Demonstrate thought leadership and champion the CIG, CML, CRE business vision across the company.
  • Analyze the market and competitive environment to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value. Translate analyses into sound recommendations based on data and experience.
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of partners to align on strategy and develop a Innovation roadmap that supports business goals for distinctive and leading client and teammate experiences.
  • Collaborate and engage key stakeholders, including lines of business, operations, and other functional areas in the planning and execution of projects.
  • Write epics and features in support of the defined roadmap, working with partners to prioritize across teams.
  • Frame new and ambiguous business and technical issues to shape Truists digital vision, strategy, and long-term growth and innovation plans.
  • Possess a broad corporate perspective with knowledge across a variety of functional areas including technology, marketing, business lines, risk, legal, and compliance.Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.     • Monitor the digital marketplace trends across corporate business lines and identify, prioritize and assess experience-related trends, business/service models and underlying enablers that meet core client needs, make our businesses more profitable and align with Truists strategic priorities.
    • Lead fact-driven analysis of the market; develop points of view and recommendations that influence teams on top of mind client experiences.
    • Benchmark Truist digital products and services (with direct and indirect competitive set) to identify pockets of opportunity and areas of best practice for concept testing, prototyping and/or development.
    • Anticipate and evaluate disruptive experiences that have potential to shift client expectations and behaviors, and develop points of view on Truist implication and approach.
    • Frame complex business issues and strategies and present executive-level recommendations for action around new or emerging business opportunities in a concise and persuasive manner.Industry Leadership and Engagement
      • Drive the development of the enterprise digital strategy, including periodic and annual formal reviews of the companys long -term strategic plan.
      • Leverage extensive knowledge of current and emerging digital technologies/capabilities to assist businesses across the enterprise achieve their full economic potential in the era of the connected client.
      • Act as a digital subject matter expert (SME) to assist businesses across the enterprise with determining how digital will enable business model innovation.
      • Collaborate with Experience Design (XD) and technology development and their teams to develop a one to three year enterprise digital roadmap that reflects business unit needs/gaps, teammate needs/gaps.
      • Notable expertise in enhancing user experience, building upon pre-existing channels, and creating industry leading client experiences.Voice of Client/Teammate
        • Understand, analyze, organize data from multiple voice of client and voice of teammate channels to translate to business opportunities, share with business units/Lines of Business across the enterprise, share with digital to inform roadmap opportunities.
        • Identify key investment opportunities in innovative technology companies to leverage and deploy the technology to increase revenue and client engagement.
        • Participate in Agile ceremonies with feedback and point of view on features, designs based on client, teammate and industry trends and feedback.
        • Close engagement with Sales teams to gather feedback on needs/gaps in digital offer, improvements to client and teammate experience.Required Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.           • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
          • Ten or more years of banking, financial services, or other relevant work experience
          • Five or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience
          • Five or more years of leading cross functional teams
          • Previous experience working as a Product Manager
          • Equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic planning and tactical daily execution
          • Experience defining/driving vision of experience programs and/or partnership based programs
          • Experience defining and delivering large-scale online initiatives
          • Proven ability to use data analytics, research and testing methodologies to drive business decisions, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues
          • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
          • Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based, results-driven environment
          • Comfortable with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, and making independent decisions
          • Excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation
          • Experience defining/driving vision of experience programs and/or partnership based programs
          • Experience in roles requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills & the creation and delivery of succinct executive-level presentations to explain and sell plans/visionPreferred Qualifications:
            • Masters degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; banking or financial management education
            • Experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
