The Corporate Director of Revenue is responsible for maximizing rooms revenue through management of the hotel's room inventory and supervising the day-today activities and duties of the Reservations Department.POSITION SUMMARYEverwood Hospitality Partners is looking for a dynamic driven Corporate Director of Revenue to lead the strategic day-to-day and long-term revenue strategy for our hotels. We are looking for an eager and strategic leader who will continue to challenge process and push aggressively towards goals. - Someone who is excited about taking a data driven approach.EDUCATION & ABILITIES:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred in related field, Master's Degree a plus
    • Experience: 5+ years in strategic hospitality revenue management required
      • Computer Skills: Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a high proficiency in Excel.
        • Other Requirements: Experience in an analytical capacity applying mathematical probability and statistical theory, modeling, and analysis to solving complex business problemsDUTIES & FUNCTIONS
          • Lead and oversee the revenue management strategy, leading discussions and decisions in effective communication with Hotel Managers and corporate leaders on all rental revenue-impacted items
          • Formulate and deploy transient, wholesale and group inventory restrictions and pricing strategies; maximize revenue from a rate and occupancy perspective (RevPAR)
          • Derive integrated advanced analytical models for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting (weekly, monthly, and annually) to accurately understand future performance trends and adjust strategy based on insights
          • Monitor actions of competitive hotels in each respective market (property improvements, supply changes, pricing strategies, service offerings, etc.)
          • Lead and facilitate yield calls with the Hotel Managers to review prior period's performance, current pace, daily pricing, and strategies to improve need periods
          • Perform inventory statement research and analysis to develop and prepare inventory management reports
          • Develop statistical models and perform appropriate analysis to identify significant positive and/or negative trends throughout corporation
          • Determine pricing, restriction, and inventory strategies for every day of the year based on pace, demand, competition, market trends and budget, continually reviewing and updating as needed
          • Monitor all rate and strategy changes in the brand systems and maintain the system processes
          • Review and update GDS advertising quarterly, meeting with account providers to track production of advertising with the various products
          • Oversee relationships with OTAs and ensure best representation on 3rd party web sites
          • Monitor interaction with Hotel Managers to ensure completion of systems and inventory tasks, as well as communication of group behavior for making any necessary strategy adjustments
          • Be the expert on current market, industry conditions, trends and behaviors by reading industry articles and attending approved webinars and conference events____________________________________________________________________________________________Physical Requirements:
