About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst The Enterprise Master and Reference Data (EMRD) Program is responsible for providing strategic solutions for master and reference data in order to meet heightened internal and external expectations and improve data aggregation capabilities supporting enterprise analytics and reporting. The EMRD Portfolio Management team is responsible for business operations and integration and planning activities within EMRD and across enterprise corporate partners. This role will support various work pillars on the team, business operations and portfolio management and integration planning for owned data assets. In this role, you will:

  • Act as initial point of contact for intake requests from enterprise partners and triage to corresponding product team and ensure SKAs are met
  • Lead end-to-end activities to create and monitor master and reference data intake metrics
  • Support integration planning activities such as: communication, product roadmaps, dependencies, challenges, and decision making between EMRD, Technology and downstream partners
  • Collaborate and coordinate with key leaders to provide updates and escalate risk and issues related to delivery of key priorities for EMRD Program
  • Support data management business operation routines (e.g., executive leadership reporting, capacity planning, control document, metric reporting, etc.)
  • Provide data insights to enable decision making and/or strategic planning
  • Responsible for ad-hoc projects and analysis to support program objectives Required Qualifications, US:
    • 4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationRequired Qualifications, International:

        • 2+ Financial services industry experience
        • Consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm
        • Strong customer service focus
        • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
        • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
        • Strong ability to influence and create change
        • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
        • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
