As the Director, Workforce Analytics, you will lead teams who create and manage reports and metrics for the company. You will partner with HR and business/executive leaders to provide insight to the data and manage efforts from collecting requirements to timely and accurate delivery. What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Build a business-oriented HR reporting organization
  • Become a trusted advisor by providing appropriate metrics and insights that will drive improvements in service delivery and operational effectiveness in key business areas
  • Empower HR leaders by delivering state-of-the-art HR reporting deliverables such as designing and implementing interactive dashboards
  • Produce, standardize, schedule key reports and dashboards to help disseminate data and insights to key leaders and other stakeholders
  • Own globally the Learning & Development reporting area and support their strategic roadmap from an HR analytics point of view
  • Constantly look for efficiency gains and synergies
  • Work toward developing tools to automate frequent reports, define business process improvement and automations by partnering with other teams in the organization as needed
  • Ensure full alignment with global methodologies, metrics and KPIs; work in complete sync with the global HR reporting team on major projects such as global employee surveys and ESG initiatives
  • Identify stakeholders, understand their expectations, build strong relationships to be considered as trusted advisor
  • Supervise and develop team so that they can perform at their fullest potential What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you'll need:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
    • 7 years of experience in a leadership/consulting/management role with a focus in workforce planning and analytics or HR area performing analysis and interpretation of data -
    • Experience understanding matrixed organizations in global organizations
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI
    • Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees
    • Knowledge of reporting/analytics/business intelligence system capabilities (dashboards, ad hoc reporting, etc.) It'd be great if you also have:
      • Master's in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field
      • Experience with SuccessFactors reporting
      • Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills
      • Consultative approach, active listening skills and excellent client understanding
      • Extensive experience building trust and strong relationships with senior leaders/stakeholders
      • Excellent communication skills; able to present clean, organized, thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
