About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Data Management Analyst in Commercial Banking as part of the Data Governance and Domain Management group. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at .In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs
  • Design and conduct complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or data integrity issues
  • Identify and remediate process or control gaps to adhere to data governance standards and procedures
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Design and evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality
  • Identifies new data sources and develops recommendations for assessing the quality of new data.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant data quality business solutions
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor on all aspects of data quality
  • Represent client in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies
  • Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation executionRequired Qualifications:
    • 7+ years of Data Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
      • Data governance experience
      • Knowledge and understanding of data governance challenges and approaches: metadata, data profiling/analysis, data quality, and data stewardship
      • Experience conducting root cause analysis for data-driven process-related improvements
      • Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
      • Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical groups
      • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
      • Ability to manage complex initiatives
      • Process design or process engineering experience
      • Reporting, analytics, or project management experience a plus
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
