Critical to the scope of this role, but not limited to, is leading and influencing teams within the multiple Operations Hubs executing on complex, centralized processes while focusing on continuous improvement and operational efficiencies; successfully leading teams serving as the single points of contact for complex research and maintenance support across RSBB and other business unit partners through internal second level research escalations; and providing leadership oversight for the internal teammate contact center which is responsible for accurate and timely knowledge delivery information and other operational support.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Senior leader responsible for providing strategic oversight and evaluation to ensure Operational Hub policies, procedures and processes deliver high quality, consistent, productive and efficient results relative to delivering excellent teammate and client experiences and operational execution and efficiency, while focusing on process improvement.2. Provide strategic oversight and direction to multiple RSBB Research teams with a focus on providing timely, accurate, solutions-based and technical knowledge.3. Responsible for strategic oversight and leadership of multiple internal contact centers accountable for providing centralized knowledge delivery support in response to teammate questions and supplementary operational support to Community Branch Banking and other internal clients.4. Accountable for influencing client and teammate experience delivery, continuous process improvement and operational execution excellence by leveraging key partnerships with other critical lines of business.5. Champion activities through task forces/working groups/committees to ensure RSBBO delivers on Truist's client service and operational effectiveness principles and strategies.6. Develop and maintain effective risk governance and operational risk management systems and processes.7. Lead and guide the development of RSBBO Teammates focusing on increasing knowledge, teammate and client service, and career advancement; build and maintain an inclusive, engaging, diverse, flexible team oriented culture aligned with the Truist Purpose Mission and Values through selection and hiring, training, performance appraisals, team building, coaching, promotion and corrective action, as needed.* Location is flexible within Truist footprintQualificationsRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.1. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, equivalent education and related training or experience 2. 12+ years of experience in the financial services industry, large service corporation or banking operations 3. 10+ years supervisory experience with direct and indirect management, including management of supervisors 4. Experience leading teams that support front lines or support functions in large, complex organizations 5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed 7. Demonstrated ability to successfully drive transformational change 8. Ability and willingness to learn and adapt as needs of the job change 9. High level of business acumenPreferred Qualifications:1. Advanced graduate degree in Business, Finance or equivalent science/academic field2. Advanced certification in process improvement, Process Master, Six Sigma, etc.3.
