We are looking for a digital director to join our team and help deliver best-in-class strategies for some of the world's biggest technology and healthcare brands. You will be part of an innovative team and work in partnership with our clients to lead impactful social media and digital marketing programs. This hands-on position is suited for someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment across multiple accounts with varying stands and styles. - As a leader on our digital team, you will have the opportunity to mentor and direct our growing group of talented team members. You will contribute directly to new business, leading and supporting pitches with strong ideas and creative approaches to client challenges. You are a strategic and data-driven leader who understands the technology industry, players and trends and has a proven track record leading and growing digital programs. You create quality work, have an eye for detail and can juggle several projects at once. Key Responsibilities

  • Build client relationships, understand the attitudes, behaviors and goals of Highwire's client base and build programs that drive results and client success
  • Evaluate and build upon existing communication programs through social strategy and content development
  • Provide strategic counsel on digital and social campaigns and tactics across paid, earned, shared and owned media
  • Participate in and oversee strategy, social and content development in various communications channels in conjunction with our account teams
  • Ensure that creative work is aligned with strategy and delivers outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations
  • Contribute ideas on how and where messages are delivered (not just what they say)
  • Ensure the agency's digital work is relevant, engaging, and effective; be an active collaborator in the development and growth of the digital practice at Highwire -
  • Mentor and coach for team members
  • Manage 2-3 direct reports
  • Guide the development of digital workflows that ensure effective team management and delivery to expectations
  • Participate in new business development efforts, including outreach, research and pitch development
  • Participate in staff planning, training and marketing activities, as requiredRequirements
    • At least 7-8 years of client-facing digital experience (social media, paid media, digital content, influencer, interactive, etc.), with at least one year in an Agency setting
    • Deep knowledge and understanding of social platforms - primarily LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube - including both organic and paid strategies and capabilities
    • Baseline knowledge of earned media and marketing tactics (i.e., search, influencer, editorial), and where social media and digital activations can be integrated with PR
    • Experience with B2B technology, security and digital health brands is a plus
    • Ability to take initiative to quickly and smartly adjust digital strategy, voice and tone based on client and audience
    • Experience with paid media campaigns, social media management, influencer management, analytics tools (bonus points for hands-on experience with Sprinklr, Sprout Social, MuckRack and Brandwatch)
    • Management experience, both of program strategy/deliverables and direct reports
    • Passionate about teaching and mentoring team members, working in close collaboration with both digital team leadership and account teams
