Spectrum Reach () grows businesses of all sizes with custom, multiscreen advertising solutions, backed by the power of TV, data, innovation, community experts, and unforgettable creative.At Spectrum Reach we offer a hybrid work arrangement for most roles.SUMMARYThis position is responsible for providing hands-on leadership and insight for our cross-organization business analysts, centered on defining and implementing best in class analytical approaches and methodologies, while providing documentation and collaboration standards and deliverables. This role will lead a team of business analysts, working with various business stakeholders to understand workflow, system and resource impacts and integrations for projects within the discovery phase, early in our project lifecycle. The position will also partner with other leaders, within our team, focused on ensuring our team has the appropriate tooling and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a background within the Ad Sales industry with a technical understanding of system, application and workflow impacts.DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESHands-on leadership to the Strategic Initiatives business analyst function
