It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Leader to manage the Premium Small Business & Government Deposits Product Management team. As the leader of this team, you will provide product management expertise with experience leading cross-functional teams, developing strategy, and partnering and collaborating. This role will focus on managing our most complex small business customer portfolios - treasury management and government deposits. This leader will also be responsible for partnering closely with Treasury Management, Deposit Payments, Merchant and Business Credit Card product leaders as well as Digital Channel leaders to drive collaborative payment solutions and digital payment experiences for small business customers.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing individual contributors for leading product strategy
  • Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on Small Business growth opportunities and success
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
  • Determining appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet objectives
  • Interpreting and developing pricing policies and distribution strategies
  • Collaborating and consulting with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
  • Managing allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
  • Identifying, understanding, and managing risk in a manner consistent with the Wells Fargo Risk Management Framework, including business process management and self-assurance activities; proactive issue identification and resolution; and compliance with regulations and law.
  • Developing and guiding a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategyRequired Qualifications:
    • 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    • 3+ years of Management experienceDesired Qualifications:
      • Experience designing, developing, and managing deposits and/or payments products and experiences
      • Knowledge of Small Business Deposit Products
      • Agile development experience
      • Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
      • Masters of Business Administration (MBA)Job Expectations:
