Job DescriptionFood and Beverage Director or look for a Strong Restaurant Manager ready to become a F&B Director$95k, 20% Bonus, $4k relocation, 2 Months Temp Housing. Small property with 1 Restaurant, outdoor patio Dining and 1 Lounge with Small Meeting space for Events of up to 200 Standup Receptions and 125 Sit Down. Located in Rural North West GAWe are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Director to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent experience to the members. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendorsRequirements
  • Proven work experience as a Food and Beverage Director, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and PeachWorks
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plusBenefits
