We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status, among other factors.**Job Description**U.S. Bank is seeking a skilled **_Program/Project Manager_** with exceptional IT project management process and methodologies experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.**_Position Highlights_**+ Ensures the development, delivery and deployment of critical technology functions and enhancements across multiple internal applications. supports a team of employees who provide critical support to the GTM's client onboarding function+ Manages and enables the prioritization of enhancements and defect fixes+ Coordinates and supports a myriad of technology and software releases across multiple technology products+ Ensure the development of critical business database functions that enables the effective management of the pricing, onboarding and client product conversion/migration functions+ Responsible for independently and objectively directing and managing the overall work efforts of a program or project team, ensuring proper controls are in place and processes are followed+ Provides oversight to meet established function, quality, cost+ Manages projects from initial concept through post implementation per methodology and via approved project tools+ Capable of utilizing sub-projects within master projects and advanced views of project plans within project planning tool+ Builds bridges and relationships with key project stakeholders while serving as a liaison+ Able to address issues via direct one-on-one dialog with project resources+ Develops relationships with leadership of key project resources+ Authors project management artifacts+ Works with resource managers to obtain resources. Ensures project governance is established and observed+ Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes project plan activities+ Authors effective, clear, concise, and relevant communication for program/project stakeholders+ Presents the appropriate message to audiences up to and including two downs from Senior Vice Chair+ Determines knowledge and skill sets required to ensure successful project outcome+ Promotes collaborative relationships across project team members.
