Should you be in the Budd family? -We are currently searching for a talented Landscape Enhancement Manager who has the ability to estimate, propose and sell new Landscape installation business as well as oversee the day to day operations. This person will oversee the Landscape Enhancements team with excellence, setting the tone for a positive and productive workplace culture. We care about our employees and seek managers who will ensure employees know how appreciated they are! -Location: Charlotte, NC - -Days/Hours: Generally Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm. Must be flexible outside these time's -as needed -Top 3 Things We're Looking For: - -

• Experience in Landscape Construction
• Experience in Landscape installation, both hardscapes and Soft-Scapes
• Strong Customer service and communication skills - What Else We're Looking For:

• Needs to have successful experience in selling landscape constructions services to commercial customers
• Ability to run the daily operations of a landscape installation team.
• Able to read landscape and architectural -drawings
• Must be able to estimate, create a proposal and sell installation work
• Must have landscape equipment operation experience
• Have the ability to train employees in proper landscape operations and equipment usage and develop -employees in soft skills to prepare them for moving up
