Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, digital, marketing, experience design, publishing, technology, & analytics to plan and deliver work. Partner to develop scope and requirements, design experiences, document business rules & architecture, ready backlogs for execution, and drive prioritization. --Partner with analytics teams to measure journey performance and optimize digital experience. Must ensure solutions are compliant with regulatory and Wells Fargo standards and implement with strong controls. --Responsibilities include:

  • Transforming and enhancing the digital account open experience for consumer deposits --- Checking, Savings, & CDs accounts
  • Drive strong risk management and compliance in managing and improving the account open experience
  • Improve customer experience & ability to open accounts online
  • Apply strong --understanding of account open business rules and how enhancements change business rules
  • Partnering with microservice and technology teams to understand how changes to the account open experience impact digital application architecture

    • 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consultingOther Desired Qualifications
      • Digital product application, payment, or online banking experience where system integration sensitivity was critical.--
      • Experience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries--
      • Experience working with business rules, with consideration of the impact related to fraud, regulatory risk and technology.
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills--
      • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
      • Experience evaluating data, analytics, competitor trends, and/or customer feedback, to develop a creative approach to improving customer experience, preferably within digital experiences.
      • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
      • Experience leading/managing large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams
      • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
      • Knowledge and understanding of online banking products, policies, and procedures--
