These raw materials are used in formulations for coatings and paints, printing and packaging products, construction coatings, adhesives, cellulosics and composites, and paper manufacturing. For further information about the Dispersions & Resins business in North America, please visit http://www.basf.us/dpsolutionsTIF (Transportation, Industrial, Furniture and Floor Coatings) business within Dispersions, Resins and Additives regional business unit (N-EDN) is responsible for supplying high quality raw materials to coatings formulators and producers in target industry segments (Transportation, Industrial, Furniture and Floor Coatings) through collaboration with global key accounts, regional customers and distribution partners.We are seeking a professional like you to lead and coordinate all commercial activities at selected customers, delivering both account retention and sustainable profitable growth.You will perform critical account management activities including account planning, preparation, deal-closing, and follow-up, requiring effective steering to ensure target achievement.   • Develop and maintain strategic long-term business relationships with key stakeholders at respective accounts to promote our offering, increase our share of wallet, and improve customer experience.
  • Leveraging your commercial experience, you will identify business opportunities, and utilize account management skills to promote the Dispersions and Additives portfolio
  • Your strong business acumen will be a valued asset as you take ownership of your accounts, including the development and implementations of account-specific plans as well as contract negotiations.
  • You will be accountable for pricing execution and financial targets (volume, sales, and margin), as well as generating, maintaining and converting sales pipelines effectively.
  • Using your outstanding verbal and written communication skills, you will influence key stakeholders across multiple levels at your accounts, driving towards actions and decisions.
