Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manager - Call Center Technology Ops in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:

• Manage team of 8-10 direct reports responsible for application support and day to day operations, triaging, deployments, tier 3 operational support, investigating customer escalations as they arise, and participating in projects for upgrades/enhancements
• Research and analysis on customer escalations
• Utilize leadership and technical skills in related technologies to run a highly efficient support operation
• Team development including 1:1s and team meetings
• Ensure new issues identified are documented with associated procedures established
• Develop and create reports based on business requirements
• Facilitate knowledge transfers in association with new deployments or applications
• Ensure responses and escalation of alerts and alarms are received
• Responsible for large-scale enterprise applications support or support of call center technologies support including implementations, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong technical experience with background in engineering or similar field preferred
  • Management experience
  • Understanding of technical/troubleshooting mindset and ability to lead a team
  • Server experience, IIS, .Net, Java
  • Knowledge of PRTG, Grafana and App dynamics for monitoring tools a plus
  • SQL/Oracle experience a plus
  • Unix/Linux/windows operating system
