on a self management journey. As we work to move away from the

better. Purpose: To grow revenue and relevance within a specific
account segment. This role can be located in any of our 5 offices
(Vancouver, Regina, Winnipeg, Charlotte OR Denver). We will also
consider qualified applicants outside of those locations.
- Manages high profile enterprise account(s), including building
the strategy and maintaining relationships at the VP and C-Suite
level, responding to client needs, and overseeing the team
responsible for executing on activities related to the
- Positions our full solution portfolio for direct and indirect
revenue opportunities, to increase book of sales with clients.
- Develops approach and execution for engaging with strategic
channel partners, key Accounts, and prospects.
- Actively participates in commercial negotiations required to
maximize Account financial performance. Typical responsibilities
include: project scoping, cost estimating, pricing, long term
business relationship structuring, financial modelling and contract
- Works strategically with and provides frequent feedback to a
wide range of internal stakeholder groups including Product & Tech,
Client Experience, and the Senior Leadership Group to build
customer or partner relationships.
- Represents iQmetrix at industry, channel, and trade events;
recruits attendees for iQmetrix events.
- Networks across industry adjacencies to spot trends and share
insights within the channel.
- Schedules Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and delivers content
for QBRs to review with key Accounts.
- Reports key metrics to iQmetrix Senior Leadership Group as
necessary; develops financial models showing profitability of each
Account segment. Qualifications:
- 5-10 years in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS product
- University degree in Business, Computer Science or
- Experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably with
a tier 1 carrier. What is an iQer? An iQer is a term, used daily
