This leadership role coordinates appropriate resources for all daily operations, human resource management, fiscal management, and supporting initiatives aligned with the organizational mission, vision, values and goals in the ambulatory clinics while collaborating with facility and market leadership for acute care operations. The y collaborate with organizational leaders and manage interdependencies across institutes, facilities, submarkets and the medical group and take ownership and accountability to implement market strategic growth, operational precision, service enhancements, program development and community engagement initiatives. The Director needs to demonstrate effective skills to enable them to execut e o n key initiatives to meet targeted goals and outcomes such as effective operational, analytical, communication and organizational skills; including but not limited to: relationship and change management, operational assessments, market analyses, business forecasts and success matrices linked to market and enterprise based goals. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Healthcare or related field required. Graduate degree preferred. Experience: A minimum of five years progressive supervisory/management experience required. A minimum of two years progressive supervisory/management in a healthcare setting required. Additional skills required: --- Excellent organization and communication skills.

--- Strong skills in time management, prioritizing, delegating, organizing, analyzing data, researching
and problem solving.
--- Ability to adhere to fixed deadlines with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while managing
multiple projects.
--- Be self-motivated, flexible, proactive and team oriented.
--- Ability to work and manage daily operations using a high involvement, multidisciplinary team
concept.
--- Maintain a strong, consistent and professional demeanor at all times.
--- Possess an understanding of market segmentation as it relates to target markets and ability to
develop materials that resonate appropriately. Additional skills preferred: --- Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
--- Ability and willingness to work in an evolving healthcare system.
--- Extensive oral and written communication skills.
--- Additional leadership skills such as creativity, cooperation, independent judgement, negotiation,
