Overview

The system Senior Director provides leadership across all markets and is responsible for all planning, direction and control of the clinical, business and multidisciplinary activities for respiratory care inclusive of neonates, pediatric and adults and any other services as assigned. The role works in tandem with the directors and managers to ensure there is a consistency across the markets that allow for system alignment and connectedness. The system senior director is accountable for guiding all operational initiatives at the respective tertiary level facility whilst overseeing the leadership at the community hospitals. The system senior director is expected to be highly autonomous and be able to manage, delegate, prioritize, and make resource assignments with limited guidance

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited school for respiratory care required. A Master's degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration or related field required.

Experience: A minimum of five years progressive supervisory/management experience required.

Licensure/certification: Registered by National Board of Respiratory Care and RCP licensure in appropriate state required.
