Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized Senior IT Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of application development projects from conception to completion. The ideal person must demonstrate strong leadership, organization and motivational skills with highly effective communication skills, and high-quality product standards. This person will be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility, important projects in a fast paced environment that would cross into multiple business areas. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute assigned projects, from original concept through final implementation, and be the single point of contact.* Leads and develops project management processes for IT to ensure all IT projects are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.* Manage financial, scope, and critical path for assigned projects.* Collaborate with and lead stakeholders and the project teams to determine scope, user stories, technical design, testing plan, training and rollout approach.* Monitor project progress, risks, challenges, opportunities and manage communications to the stakeholders while updating the project plans as necessary.* Plan, manage and deliver project schedules using Agile and Scrum methodology.* Manage relationships with project stakeholders, product and engineering teams and senior management.* Lead project teams as a dotted line manager who's responsible for ensuring assigned team members deliver based on the plan and perform in accordance to project governance standards.* Organize and conduct project planning and Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlogs, reviews, and sprints.* Deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Job Requirements/Experience: * BS degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred.* 7+ years of experience in application development project management or Scrum Master role with solid understanding of Agile values, principles and processes.* 5+ years of experience executing Scrum with development teams in Sprints.* Excellent communication and planning skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with various people in business, operations, and IT.* Experience leading projects that replace legacy systems with new platforms is strongly preferred* Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interface and negotiate with business leadership and technical resources.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Quick learner who can work effectively and collaborate in a team environment.* Proficiency with Visio and documenting business workflows.* PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification and/or SCRUM Certification strongly preferred.* Experience with Salesforce preferred.* Experience with program management preferred* Experience managing projects that successfully implemented a new service system or similar enterprise applications with vendor teams is strongly preferred.Competencies and Characteristics:Core: * Business Acumen ---knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology and information regarding data, analytics and business intelligence.
