ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is at the HMS NA level with a strong short-term focus on
merging the Incontinence and Medical Businesses in the US
(Philadelphia and Charlotte).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead a team to perform the following responsibilities with a
continuous improvement, customer centric and value creation
MASTER DATA STRUCTURE
Maintain and improve customer data integrity across multiple system
tools including Dynamics 365, SAP, and SQL through continuous
reconciliation and data cleansing
Collaborate with functions including Sales, Marketing, and other
areas of Commercial Excellence to ensure data is set-up as needed
to gain business insight
Provide input on projects including Customer Master Data
Support team to troubleshoot issues related to Customer Master
Strongly involved in the CRM upgrades locally in conjunction with
the central team and project manager
Training: Identify the needs, strategies and supervise execution
Propose and develop common processes for the users and
Develop, harmonize and execute CRM reporting (KPIs)
User access administration and other administrative tasks
Represent the region on the global forums (Co-development with

WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, IT , Finance,
Accounting or related field.
Minimum 7 10 years in business administration, IT, finance or
Knowledge of CRM systems, CRM Dynamics 365 a plus
High level knowledge of SAP and Databases (SQL, Etc.)
Highly proficient (advanced) in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
Leadership and team management experience
Project management and planning capabilities
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Proven effective communication skills at all levels within an
Self-directed, work well independently and in team environment
Able to deal with Ambiguity
