The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.The Cards, Retail Services and Personal Lending Group Credit Risk Management (CRS PLG CRM) team is seeking a talented individual with strong communication, critical thinking, and project management skills to join our team. This role primarily serves as project leader for coordinating responses to internal and external audits, exams and reviews. -- --This role may also help solve for corrective actions and customer remediations related to SHRP Issues for the CRS and PLG CRM teams, as well as conduct research for Customer Escalations and other single accounts to assist audit/review responses. This role may also lead Credit Risk efforts to change customer letters as part of a cross-functional team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage audits and examinations for Cards, Retail Services and PLG Consumer Credit Risk Management -- examples are Enterprise Compliance Testing and Validation, Wells Fargo Audit Services, Wells Fargo Risk Asset Review, OCC and CFPB
  • Maintain and publish regular reporting for Senior Management and internal reference materials
  • Facilitate meetings with key decision makers to build consensus and construct solutions
  • Provide project support and help business leaders drive solutions for credit risk issues compliance and operational issues
  • Document and obtain official approval from business leaders
  • Interpret quantitative and qualitative reporting from subject matter expertsThis is a vital and dynamic role to the team, with exposure to all Credit Risk Management lifecycle stages and their supporting activities, as well as different levels of the organization------s leadership. -- Candidates should be curious and willing to ask questions that help create a strong for our responses.#WFRiskJob#ESGrisk**Other locations may be considered for the right candidate

    Required Qualifications
    • 6+ years of risk experience

      Desired Qualifications
      • A BS/BA degree or higher
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

        Other Desired Qualifications
        • Strong business sense with knowledge of consumer credit products
        • Self-starter with tenacious follow-up skills
        • Knowledge of SHRP Issue Management
        • Experience in project management
        • Demonstrated organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented
        • Proven relationship-builder with ability to collaborate inside and outside the organization
        • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, and Word
        • Experience in preparation and presentation of executive-level presentations
