Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the companys financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the companys shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

The Lead Production Support Engineer - uDeploy/DevOps Tools (ASE6) will be responsible for leading technical efforts to support tier 1 / tier 2 applications and the DevOps tool platform, UrbanCode Deploy (uDeploy), in production; while also contributing as a senior-level team member to these technical efforts.

This individual must have a passion for problem-solving issues across tools and platforms to identify root cause, as well as define and implement effective resolutions. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

--- Problem queue management

--- Facilitating problem resolution with engineering team in a production support environment

--- Internal project tracking

--- Communication on critical problems in a production support environment

--- Technical leadership for 4-6 DevOps Tools Support Engineers and Production Support Engineers who are geographically dispersed across the US and India

--- While leading the efforts of the team, will also contribute hands-on as a senior-level technical team member

--- Team is responsible for supporting tier 1/tier 2 applications and the uDeploy - DevOps tools platforms in production

--- Establish effective team structure and effective escalation practices/procedures for the team

--- Implement trainings and (as needed) provide individual support to ensure each team member has the tools and training necessary to successfully perform assigned duties

--- Spearhead collaboration with the monitoring team to implement monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, etc.)

--- Utilize monitoring tools (i.e., AppDynamics, Splunk) to proactively identify and mitigate issues related to performance, availability, scalability, etc.

--- Analyzes performance trends and recommends process improvements; generate reports on performance trends, monitoring, etc. as needed

--- Assesses changes for risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas

--- Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.

--- Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.Required Qualifications


  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 10+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • 10 + years of experience identifying, documenting, escalating and resolving issues
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a production environment
  • 5+ years of system administration experience across multiple platforms
  • 5+ years of DevOps experience




    Desired Qualifications


    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • 5+ years of UNIX experience
    • Knowledge and understanding of uDeploy
    • Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles
    • Experience utilizing PowerShell, Bash, Perl, or Python to automate complex manual tasks
    • Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
    • Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex customer issues
    • Ability to interpret the reports generated from tools and action plan to overcome performance issues
    • Knowledge and understanding of AppDynamics
    • Splunk experience
    • Experience with availability and performance monitoring technology vendors
    • Knowledge and understanding of configuration management tools such as Subversion
    • Git or GitHub experience
    • Ability to organize and delegate work to others
    • Knowledge and understanding of technology support: ticketing workflow systems, in a production environment
    • Knowledge and understanding of technology production support: management of problems and resolving issues
    • Knowledge and understanding of technology support: on call rotational staff, within a 24x7 large enterprise

      • Ability to work on call as assigned
      • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
      • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
