This is a hybrid role at one of Collins Major sites What YOU will
do: Build and foster a high-performing team culture by promoting
collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution. Champion a
culture of relentless improvement by encouraging feedback and
implementing best practices. Collaborate with internal customers,
DT subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to define,
test, and implement new or upgraded applications. Enable data
migrations between applications/systems and contribute to
enterprise-level goals targeting common applications across the
organization. Help shape and optimize delivery of a Model-Based
Systems Engineering (MBSE) tool chain, including a Test Management
Solution. Serve as a team member and role model working within an
Agile Release Train (ART) on the implementation, integration, and
optimization of digital solutions. Interact with end customers by
providing demonstrations or engaging in technical issues requiring
subject matter expertise and driving issues to closure. Collaborate
with other Digital Technology teams and software vendors to define
service and application roadmaps supporting OneCollins . Ensure
compliance with quality, Security, Global Trade Policies, and RTX
cybersecurity policies. Champion industry standards and best
practices of systems engineering. What YOU will learn: Work with
and champion the latest technologies and methodologies in
Model-Based Systems Engineering, digital thread technologies, and
digital transformation. Learn and contribute to the definition,
testing, and implementation of new or upgraded applications. Learn
about bleeding-edge digital engineering industry trends, including
digital threads, digital twins, integrated digital environments,
DevSecOps , and Test Management. Understand the breadth of
engineering products, programs, and tooling needs across Collins
Aerospace’s expansive portfolio and establish relationships with DT
peers worldwide Explore advancements in data science, data
analytics, AI/ML, business intelligence, and the increasing
importance of data management and visualization. Qualifications YOU
Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 5
years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related
field and minimum 3 years of experience. Must be authorized to work
in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not

Holder) Experience with systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS,
Cameo, TeamWork Cloud, Matlab , Polarion , JAMA, TestRail,
TestForward ) and standards (e.g., INCOSE, ISO 15288). Experience
with Agile/ SAFe implementation using JIRA and Confluence Strong
understanding of digital engineering implementations across the
lifecycle Experience delivering products/systems within highly
regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, automative, defense). What

for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range
provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience
levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer,
