In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that we meet production goals and customer requirements while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operate and maintain various machines, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to produce precision parts according to specifications Monitor and maintain the quality of the machined products by performing regular inspections and adjustments. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Proven experience as a machinist or similar role 5 years of experience with machining processes and equipment Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and CNC programming. Ability to perform precise measurements and quality control checks WE VALUE High School diploma or equivalent. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
