4+ years of experience in IT
Strong understanding of web application architecture
1+ year of experience supporting web applications
Experience with a monitoring tool like Splunk (pref), AppDynamics, Kafka, etc.
Incident and change management experience
Strong communication skills

Banking/Financial services experience
Enterprise experience
Relevant certifications
DAY-TO-DAY:
This individual will be supporting the Insurance vertical in their 'Sustain group.' They will primarily be supporting their web applications.
