Evaluate every business process for enterprise, and make sure they are align the same. Come up with detailed architecture to show how integration would work w/ subject matter area (operational risk, international). What does the architecture look like. How do you do this process maps today. Based on BPM policy, they will have to adjust what they are doing today (documenting business processes) and identify areas to accommodate policies that they are driving. This group drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company---s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company---s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.Position responsibilities:Liaison with assigned business domain to drive continuing maturation of Enterprise Process Definition Practice in conjunction with key business disciplines including but not limited to the management of Operational Risk, Compliance, Legal Entities, Third Parties, New Business Initiatives, Projects, Issues, Applications, End User Computing Tools, and Data.Facilitate or contribute to the functional decomposition of a business area into it---s process components.Identify process interdependencies, as well as process to non-process interdependencies, such as information and technology, and systems or solutions.Evaluate short-term business needs required to support key business goals and establish process development priorities.Receive all items in inventory, make sure they are at the same level, partner with all executive leaders to rationalize solution Will be working with business sponsors/ executives to help understand where they are today in business process journey- How they define business process- translate this into how to implement BPM policy Understand all enterprise processes and ensure that they are all consistent/ at the same level and align to their policyAfter process are understood, they guide leaders to get to where they need to go in terms of business processesWorking with different executives to give status updates, figure out milestones, understand what is the work under those milestone. Take work under those milestones (requirements) to figure out where they need to go. Building road map of how to get there. Must Have:7 years of process engineering architectureBusiness process mapping Creating BPMN (business process modeling & notation) process models in iGrafx ( or similar)Experience presenting Presentation Decks to leadershipWorking with several lob throughout enterprise Project manager skills- Schedule/ drive meeting/ document action items/ Conflict resolution Plus:Lean Six Sigma experience Financial Controls and Risk
