Job Description:
Summary Operating and maintaining Preston Communities assets
(apartment homes and/or office buildings) by performing the
following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties and
responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Monitor turns,
vacant units, and move-outs. · Maintain exterior appearance of
property to present good “street appeal”. · Completion of work
orders. · Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that
building systems and physical condition of assets do not
deteriorate. · Perform daily trash pick up, including pet waste,
cigarette butts, etc. · Be on an on-call rotation for after-hours
and weekend maintenance emergencies. · All other duties as
assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an

Licenses, Registrations CPO, EPA Certifications (Recommended) Other
Qualifications Must have reliable transportation and tools. Must
have a valid driver’s license. Compensation details: 21-24 Hourly
