Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time contract opening is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school-based setting located in Monroe, NC. This role requires an active North Carolina SLP license and experience working with school-aged children. The contract runs from ASAP through May 28, 2026, with a 37.5-hour workweek. Responsibilities: - Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in a school environment - Complete evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document progress - Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs - Use ECATS for reporting and compliance with district requirements - Participate in virtual interviews via Zoom as part of the selection process Desired Qualifications: - Active North Carolina SLP licensure required - Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred - Prior experience delivering speech-language services in school settings - Familiarity with ECATS or similar state reporting systems - Strong communication and collaboration skills Location:This position will serve students in Monroe, NC, offering an opportunity to contribute to their educational success within a supportive school district.
