presenting and producing. Your impact: Assist patrons with
purchasing parking passes. Provide exceptional customer service to
patrons purchasing parking passes at performances. Answer patron
questions regarding parking procedures, locations, and costs.
Utilize a POS system to accurately calculate and process parking
fees. Communicate effectively with patrons and team members to
ensure a seamless experience. Resolve patrons’ complaints, when
necessary seek assistance from Supervisor to ensure patron
