across the United States. Position Summary The Media Production
Manager is responsible for setting the vision, standards, and
execution for all production-related work across the organization.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on production
expertise. The Production Manager will lead a small but growing
production team while also remaining capable of stepping in to
shoot, edit, and produce content when needed. This role ensures
that all video, live stream, and multimedia content aligns with
brand standards, storytelling goals, and the overall look, feel,
and quality we are striving for. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not
limited to the following: Establish and champion the creative and
technical vision for all production efforts, including video, live
stream, and multimedia content. Define and maintain production
standards, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency,
efficiency, and quality. Partner with communications, marketing,
and leadership teams to translate organizational goals into
compelling visual content. Own the overall look, feel, and style of
produced content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and
storytelling priorities. Build, lead, and develop a small
production team, including videographer, editor, and producer. Set
clear expectations, provide creative direction, and coach team
members to grow their skills and capabilities. Manage production
schedules, workloads, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and
priorities. Foster a collaborative, creative, and accountable team
culture. Serve as a hands-on producer when needed, including
shooting video, recording audio, and editing content. Oversee
pre-production planning, on-site production, and post-production
editing. Ensure high-quality execution across a variety of formats
including interviews, events, internal communications, marketing
content, and storytelling pieces. Lead and oversee live productions
and live streams, including setup, execution, troubleshooting, and
post-event wrap-up. Maintain strong technical knowledge of cameras,
lighting, audio, streaming platforms, and production software.
Evaluate and recommend equipment, tools, and technology to support
production needs and scalability. Act as the final quality check
for production deliverables, ensuring creative excellence and brand
consistency. Collaborate with brand and creative partners to evolve
visual storytelling approaches over time. Maintain documentation
and guidelines related to production style, tone, and technical
standards. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and
Abilities) Proven experience leading video or multimedia production
efforts, including team leadership or department ownership. Strong
hands-on skills in shooting, lighting, audio, and video editing.
Experience with live streaming and live event production. Deep
understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and content
strategy. Ability to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day
execution. Strong organizational, communication, and project
management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment. Strong understanding of production
workflows, equipment, and digital platforms Excellent leadership,
communication, and problem-solving skills Proven experience in
content creation, with a strong portfolio of video and multimedia
projects Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe
Premiere Pro, After effects) This role may require occasional
travel to production sites and flexible hours Excellent
storytelling and creative thinking skills Familiarity with social
