Financial Services (PFS) has been purchasing retail installment
contracts for new and used automobiles, trucks and motorcycles
originated by franchise and independent vehicle dealers since 1995.
We have branches in 12 different states. You’ll know you are a
successful Customer Service Representative when you: Provide
outstanding customer service and problem resolution Perform
collection activities on delinquent accounts Assist with insurance
verifications Perform Welcome Calls Act as back up to our
Administrative Assistant to receive loan payments and fund loans
Perform Skip Tracking and other locate activities You could be a
great addition as Customer Service Representative if you have:
Previous customer service and/or collections experience A valid
state driver’s license, with an acceptable driver’s record Access
