As a Client Support Representative for a global telecom giant, you
will be the crucial first point of contact for both current and
potential AT&T customers. If you’re enthusiastic,

hear from you! The responsibilities of a Client Support
Representative include: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and
fellow Client Support Representative to develop innovative sales
strategies aimed at boosting sales performance and maximizing
customer satisfaction. Interact directly with clients to forge
strong relationships by actively listening to their requirements
and offering tailored product advice. Oversee client accounts,
promptly address any issues or grievances with customized
solutions, and nurture lasting customer loyalty. Maintain
comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, and promotions
to effectively support clients and capitalize on sales
opportunities. Record client interactions and sales activities
accurately to monitor sales results and customer retention
rates.
