Design-Build Specialty Contractor with a strong market position. We
are hiring for a Senior Concrete Estimator that can be located in
our Davidson, NC Headquarters or Eagleville, TN office. You will
work with some of the most intelligent construction and engineering
professionals who have built unique projects . This position is for
someone who wants to be part of company who is on the leading edge
of innovation and technology. You will have access to BIM Modelers
for takeoff and the latest software programs to make your job
easier. You will bid the whole job and not a piece of it. Our

success; this job is for you. Essential Duties Review project
documents to determine scope and bid strategy Perform detailed
quantity takeoffs Determine vendor and subcontractor needs Develop
preliminary schedule and project sequence Construction Phase Review
drawing revisions and project updates to assist Operations Team in
pricing changes Notify Operations Team of changes in proposed bid
sequence and schedule Other Responsibilities Manage estimate
information in an organized and neat fashion Update and maintain
preconstruction reporting Work as part of the Preconstruction Team
to achieve company goals PM20 Education and/or Experience 2-year
degree minimum/4-year degree preferred At least 4 years of
estimating or 5 years of project management experience Experience
with estimating & takeoff software is a plus. Wayne Brothers, Inc
