Responsibilities As a Midas technician, youll be exposed to and have responsibility for performing a wide range of automotive maintenance services, including: Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including fluid exchanges and oil changes Mounting, balancing and rotating tires and alignments Replacing batteries Changing bulbs, belts and hoses Maintaining and cleaning shop areas Other shop maintenance items as needed Perform motor vehicle safety inspections Qualifications Technicians must have prior knowledge of automotive basics oil change and tire replacement experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Valid drivers license Have a State inspectors license or the ability to obtain one Must have own basic automotive tools As a full time employee your benefits include payed time off ,paid holidays, payed medical insurance, employee discounts Have at a minimum of 6 months experience 5 day work week no Sundays
