Our team members are knowledgeable "go-to" resources for power transmission products, support, and advice that keeps our customers' businesses moving forward.POSITION DESCRIPTION: - Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Director of Digital Marketing to implement and execute our demand generation and eCommerce initiatives. - This position will monitor, maintain and update content on all Solve and Solve brand websites, social media pages, and third-party sites. - The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have strong communication and analytical skills. - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, maintain, and optimize on-site content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines; this includes page copy and content, site structure, as well as page layout, and navigation considerations
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing team to develop demand-generation campaigns, including paid search, drip campaigns, landing pages, email templates, workflows, calls-to-action, webinar schedules, and website copy across all channels

    • Develop inbound link strategies to drive traffic from relevant trade sites and directories
    • Manage user acceptance testing for new website features and new product brand websites.
    • Execute and report on demand-generation campaigns in a range of B2B & B2C channels including Email, SEA, Social Media, Webinars, Events, etc.
    • Implement marketing lead management processes, creating a pipeline of qualified web leads to sales teams, and reviewing and reporting on the number and quality of leads
    • Creates and maintains social media and demand generation campaign calendarsQUALIFICATIONS:
      Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline2+ years of marketing using digital platforms, preferably Optimizely, Sitecore, or AdobeExperience using CRM or Marketing Automation platformsExperience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google AdsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
