As the VP, Media & Technology you'll drive our media planning, buying and AdTech organization to new levels of growth and performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, building innovative and impactful products and solutions. Elevate is looking for an individual to lead our growth across all our verticals while developing new technology-driven products and bringing them to market. This person will bring outstanding technology experience, product skills, and leadership to this multifaceted and diverse role.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in managing client campaigns from inception, activation and ongoing optimizations and management
  • Work with internal and external terms with developing and evolving client strategies
  • Ongoing support of seeking and evaluating new capabilities and partners to help further evolve our agencies offerings
  • Assist in internal and external education of programmatic capabilities
  • Help in continuing to foster a "one-team" mindset, and willingness to help team members where needed
  • Provide leadership/guidance to the Account Planning team to deliver continued service improvement and advance client relationships
  • Constantly raise the bar for agency service standards and deliverables
  • Seek out new business opportunities and plays a leading role in their development
  • Guide media planners & buyers in career and skills development and reviews performance regularly
  • Manage workload and process by facilitating regular meetings with account team
  • Possess ability to represent the agency and the client in a polished, intelligent manner
  • Ensure client relations are positive and stable
  • Identify client needs, concerns & challenges while ensuring meaningful responsiveness
  • Build relationships with senior client personnel
  • Ensure that financial management of accounts meets agency standards
  • Participate in management initiatives (training, personnel, staffing, etc.)
  • Lead the overall development of desk level programmatic buying strategies including the identification and evaluation of optimal partners
  • Bring executional knowledge of the Private Marketplace (PMP) landscape (strategy, negotiation, and proper technical execution) to the team and organization
  • Ensure team operations and client deliverables are aligned with client's goals and the strategic vision of the business
  • Promote programmatic media buying practices through the organization with education (formal and informal) to further our digital practice
  • Contribute strategic insight in new business efforts, determine optimal staffing assignments for existing clients and new business scenarios
  • Maintain accountability for QA procedures across upcoming, live and ending campaigns

The Candidate will work to understand all the needs of the employee and allow them the space to improve their productivity.Investigate new developmentsConsumer tastes and needs change with time, and product developments must occur in line with this. A Candidate must stay on top of the need for product developments, conducting market research to discover changing customer attitudes and requirements. Harnessing this information, the Candidate must create strategies to improve the product or service to continue creating opportunities for growth.QUALIFICATIONS:The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.     • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment in product; Hands-on experience leading teams through change, evolving processes, procedures, and people to keep up with growth.
    • 10+ years of working experience utilizing Real-Time Bidding technologies (DSPs (such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon), Ad Exchanges, SSPs) is a must.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex client campaigns and relationships against performance metrics.
    • Deep knowledge and passion for digital media and advertising landscape.
    • Understanding current and emerging technologies, business models, ad products, and industry standard metrics and policies.
    • Ad trafficking experience, particularly utilizing platforms such as Google Campaign Manager (DCM)
    • HTML/CSS/Java experience preferred
    • Strong analytical and technical aptitude including Microsoft Excel and math proficiency
    • Proven excellence in leading an organization working with small, medium, and large enterprise accounts across different industries and geographies
    • Experience in growth stage tech companies, and with partially distributed workforces with employees in multiple states
    • Significant executive level management and P&L experience
    • Demonstrable ability to craft sales playbooks that drive real business growth and engaged productive sales teams
    • Demonstrable ability to write and speak clearly versus "corporate speak"
    • Experience implementing an approach for expanding customer relationships to senior stakeholders, especially COO and CFO buyers
    • Experience developing and managing a high-performing team.
    • Knows how to effectively develop an organizational design that focuses product teams on achieving the company's crucial business goals, product priorities, and focus areas.
    • Experience working in a cross-functional team at an enterprise technology or programmatic platform provider
    • Education:
      • A bachelor's degree is required
      • Strong working knowledge of the advertising landscape, including building data partnerships.
      • Understanding of Industry trends and experience in ad tech
      • Successful track record of working within an Agile Framework
      • Knowledge of data products and services in ad tech
