Team Description:

The focus of our team is to generate awareness, engagement, and demand of iQmetrix products and services to drive new customers, expand existing accounts, and ultimately, increase revenue. Our team plays a critical role in expanding iQmetrix into new and exciting markets.

Job Summary:

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop and lead the overall marketing strategies to create a predictable pipeline and drive revenue growth for the organization. You will use your wide-ranging skills to expand the reach of the iQmetrix brand, products and services.

Responsibilities:

* Leading the development, execution, and optimization of lead generation, nurture, and acquisition campaigns and programs for enterprise and carrier accounts through multiple channels
* Positioning iQmetrix as a thought leader and expert in the telecom industry through content, events, business reviews, and other channels
* Employing Accounted based marketing (ABM) strategies in campaigns and programs targeted at enterprise business decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees
* Collaborating with Sales Owners on outreach and follow-up communications ensuring that workflows between sales and marketing roles are streamlined and efficient, and efforts are engaging and effective, to drive pipeline across customer sales activities
* Working closely with content and other stakeholders, thought leaders, influencers, and partners to source or create impactful content for campaigns
* Partnering with stakeholders in sales and marketing, define, establish, and evolve ABM workflows and provide data and ongoing insight into target account engagement to drive relevance and timely actions and execution
* Working closely with Revenue Operations, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns/channels and assess against goals
* Developing deep expertise of the telecom industry, including trends, pain points, strategies, etc., brand and messaging, targeted audience personas and the customer journey, and share insights with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

* 5+ years in marketing experience, preferably in B2B/ SaaS/ Demand generation
* A customer-centric mindset focused on solving prospect's problems
* Experience launching account-based marketing plans
* Strong ability to capably manage multiple projects with competing priorities, delegate when needed, and communicate upwardly as appropriate
* Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and running tests
* Knowledge of demand generation metrics with the ability to adapt strategies based on data
* Experience in marketing to enterprise prospects and customers an asset
* Knowledge of the telecom industry an asset
