Job DescriptionThe content marketing manager's primary
responsibility will be to ensure market awareness of Sureifys
platform: Lifetime. You will be responsible for planning, creating,
and sharing valuable content to grow readership and create new
business for Sureify. You should be skilled in writing long and
short form copy, research, marketing plans/implementations. You
must have excellent professional writing skills and a creative mind
to inject life into the life insurance and annuity industry. This
role involves high-level projects as well as administrative tasks
such as marketing material orders, and conference logistics.Sureify

customers, digitize the policy sales process, drive in-force
customer engagement, and optimize the policy servicing
experience.Responsibilities
- Support marketing strategy including external marketing to
referral sources & clients, digital newsletters, social media,
online reputation, events, and community public relations.
- Produce content across a variety of formats and channels -
blogs, company website, landing pages, social media, thought
leadership pieces, webinars, account based marketing and more, to
help grow our brand.
- Engage with prospects with brand updates, product or market
learnings.
- Research and follow industry-related news to develop key
insights around the life insurance and annuity industry and create
content with valuable updates around trending topics.
- Solicit feedback on content from internal and external
stakeholders.
- Continue to develop audiences across major social media
platforms by posting engaging content that adds value to the
industry.
- Event organization (online and offline) -- Create educational
or entertaining events to help engage more deeply with prospects in
our market. This could be videos, webinars, or conferences.
- Co-manage content operations across team functions.
- Work cross-functionally to support core teams on content
ideation & planning.
- Work collaboratively with Design Services team to manage
creative assets.
- Proofread to ensure all edits/comments are addressed and
completed correctly on design and marketing deliverables prior to
asset handoff.
- Manage content calendar & content performance metrics.
- Respond to new leads generated from marketing campaigns and
website inbounding.
- Track key business metrics for all marketing initiatives and
report to management.
- Support coordination of 3-4 events per year at various
conferences.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date Key Contact and
Outreach lists.Skills and Requirements
- BS or BA degree (or relevant work experience)
- 4+ years of experience in marketing/2+ years content marketing
experience
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to work with
technical projects
- Background writing on complex subjects such as life insurance
and/or finance.
- Creative writer and storyteller
- Experience managing & scheduling content
- Experience aggregating & reporting performance metrics
- Long form writing experience: White Papers, ebooks,
Research
- Short form writing experience: Promotional emails, blog posts,
social
- Advanced grammar and copy-editing skills
- Understanding of SEO and content optimization
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate working with people in
different timezones
- Must have knowledge of Google Suite, Salesforce, Hubspot
- Able to travel as needed (2-3 times per year)Sureify is an
