Job Description Commercial Loan Closing Specialist Location: Charlotte, NC (Uptown – 550 S Tryon St) Hybrid Requirement: Minimum 4 days/week onsite , 8 hours/day Position Overview Seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to support loan booking and funding activities under tight deadlines. This role requires strong analytical ability, urgency, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. Key Responsibilities Participate in moderately complex initiatives within Commercial Loan Closing Support loan booking and funding processes while meeting strict deadlines Review and analyze closing challenges requiring evaluation of multiple variable factors Contribute to resolution of closing issues while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Collaborate closely with internal partners and client personnel Required Qualifications 4 years of Commercial Loan Closing experience (or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military, or education) Familiarity with loan booking and funding processes Strong analytical and mathematical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency Excellent attention to detail Clear and professional communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with LIQ Experience with nCino Strong ability to prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment
