Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE: To process un-ratified and ratified contracts created between the Company and customers. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs data entry of all contracts, change orders, addendums and color selections into database
  • Process cancelled contracts and lot transfers
  • Copy and distribute contract to homeowner and other departments
  • Update contract, start, and permit information on Company Building report
  • Administers Builder 1440 system access, changes, training, and issue resolution
  • Establish, organize, and maintain lot files
  • Compile and distribute weekly and monthly reports
  • Perform new employee training of departmental processes
  • Back up to other departments, as needed QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge and Skills
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access experience
    • Detail oriented and organized
    • Strong multi-taking skills
    • Ability to work in fast paced environment
    • Problem and research skills Education and Work Experience
      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Data entry and file management experience
      • Previous homebuilding experience preferred
