As a Clinical Administrative Coordinator, you will be part of a care management team who will manage complex members who have MSHO, MSC+ or SNBC insurance. You will support the clinical team in assignment of new members to the clinical team, implementation of member care plans and coordination of member care needs. You will be point person for new hires and their onboarding process and you will support clinical staff in ordering equipment and supplies, as needed. You will also support entering information into state systems and updating our internal systems with required information. -

If you are located in MN, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. Remote role but must live in MN.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support for field-based care teams
  • Receive and process electronic referral requests for care management services
  • Utilize phone system to respond to and transfer calls to appropriate individuals; Ask callers standard questions to understand requests, gather necessary information, and assess urgency
  • Perform member assignment in clinical system and set up case, monitor work queues and act on requests
  • Process correspondence; mail, fax, email
  • Assist in onboarding/ordering equipment, as needed

    Required Qualifications:


    • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
    • 1+ years of experience in an office setting using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform the job duties, OR Customer Service experience analyzing and solving customer's problems
    • 1+ years of experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook


      Preferred Qualifcations:


      • Background in Managed Care
      • Experience working in team-based care
