  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.Lead the Third Party Data (TPD) team to enhance TPD visibility and ROI and to optimize TPD usage across territories in the network. Provide the direction for this capability, collaborating with Chief Data Officers and other leaders across the network. Establish the governance structure and product management board and set the overall lifecycle strategy from acquisition and standardization through to usage and tracking.Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience :8 year(s)Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Bachelor DegreePreferred Fields of Study :Data Processing/Analytics/SciencePreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in multiple facets of third-party data, including acquisition, curation and consumption; As well as, experience in the procure-to-use processes and in establishing governance and operating models, and developing an understanding of the global requirements and opportunities for TPD based on the following:
    • Procuring of external (public and purchased) data sources and use;
    • Understanding and conveying contract terms and conditions, including restricted use;
    • Using judgment to see long term impact of issues/ideas as they relate to strategic initiatives and objectives;
    • Demonstrating Global data strategy development in support of broader business strategies and strategic programs;
    • Using judgment to foresee issues based on the approach and understanding the impact of issues/ideas as they relate to the firm's strategic initiatives and objectives;
    • Showcasing portfolio management skills to identify opportunities to improve the network strategy for managing the third-party data across the network of firms;
    • Highlighting project management skills, effective prioritization, team management and time management with the ability to handle multiple streams of work simultaneously;
    • Demonstrating management experience with a small team of high performing, multi-disciplinary individual contributors;
    • Demonstrating executive/board level communication, coordination, and alignment skills;
    • Demonstrating highly effective collaboration and influence skills used to interface with a diverse, Global Network of business, operations, and thought leaders;
    • Understanding of data management fundamentals and their application in a complex Global operating environment;
    • Understanding of data management tools and technologies;
    • Creating and conveying a value proposition (oral or written) using external data, including ability to identify the issue (prepare and listen), share insights, validate findings, and present results;
    • Managing budget and collecting and analyzing data to communicate return on investment and impact;
    • Creating professional networks, building relationships, organizing and collaborating with individuals at all levels of seniority and lines of the organization; and,
