About this role: The role will support the Recruiting Director of Wells Fargo Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, and Investment Banking, with opportunity to support multiple Recruiting Directors across Talent Acquisition.The Senior Administrative Assistant must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and appropriately handling confidential information. This role will have the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive as well as proactively and independently solve problems. The ideal candidate must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks, be well organized and flexible, and enjoy a rapidly changing environment.In this role, you will:

  • Drive daily calendar management across multiple leaders.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, while also prioritizing and managing meeting conflicts.
  • Ensure information and supporting documentation for meetings are prepared and distributed.
  • Complete minute taking and communicate identified actions from meetings.
  • Manage all travel arrangements and related activities (booking of transportation/accommodations, itinerary development, etc.)
  • Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks of new or departing employees and contractors
  • Support related facilities management tasks and activities.
  • Assist with creation/modifications of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when appropriate.
  • Organize team communications and planning of team events, both internally and offsite.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and business initiatives. Required Qualifications, US:
    • 4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
      • Previous office administration experience within a large and complex financial services or similar organization.
      • Administrative experience supporting Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) or Human Resources
      • Self-starter, quick-learner and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
      • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
      • Experience with Workday a plus
      • Ability to manage competing priorities i.e., calendar management.
      • Analytics and reporting; experience dissecting complex spreadsheets and using pivot tables to extract data and tell a story via PowerPoint
      • Tact and good judgement with confidential information and proven experience interacting with senior leaders
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Effective problem-solving skills, flexibility and adaptability are needed to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner and results driven approach to work.
      • Capable of working under great pressure with equanimity, to manage a considerable volume of information and priorities. Job Expectations:
