Over the past 8 years, we have established ourselves as one of the most prominent Amazon FBA sellers in the marketplace. Zentra has done this by constantly adapting to the ever changing landscape of eCommerce, and by hiring innovative and highly motivated individuals who can make an impact to the company day one.?For the role of Admin Assistant you will be asked to:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, and e-mail.
  • Reconcile shipments between our warehouse and Amazon.
  • Price check invoices to ensure we are paying the correct amount for the products we source.
  • Other duties required by management.?
