Job Description:
Reputable Charlotte Distribution Company is currently seeking an
Order Fulfillment/Traffic Specialist in their Capital Order
Fulfillment dept.
The Order Fulfillment Specialist/Traffic Specialist is a fast
paced, ever changing, multi-functional role that interacts with all
levels and departments. Will have interaction with the President of
branch, Sales department, Service department, Engineering and
Customers.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Interact with vendors on purchase orders.
Track capital machinery projects for customers in 9 states.
Update capital project reports.
Update new order details.
Enter data in CRM/Salesforce.
Process necessary paperwork for orders & negotiate pricing.
Maintain certificate of insurance and support to customers.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience needed in traffic or logistics.
Computer skills Excel and Outlook.
Needs someone that can make good decisions and maintain high level
customer service.
