Sales Administrator Role Summary This position is a key part of the Sales Team responsible for providing administrative support for various sales processes either on a day-to-day or as needed basis including but not limited to producing / printing / assembling of enrollment kits, Wellness binders and Mid-Year and Renewal Packages. This role is responsible for delivering materials in an appropriate external ready format that are compliant with Cigna standards. Additionally, this person will be capable of working independently while demonstrating sound judgment and discretion. The first primary responsibility for this position is to own the marketing needs for the Sales Office including preparation and delivery of Client materials. It is necessary that materials be appropriate to Clients needs and expectations to ensure Client satisfaction. This role also needs to ensure that marketing collaterals are current and up-to-date prior to ordering / packaging. This person may be required to prepare PowerPoint presentations using the standard Cigna template. Finally, the Admin will coordinate with the Support Staff on enrollment materials once a case sells / renews. This role requires a keen sense for detail, some creativity, effective time management as well as the ability to multi-task. The second primary responsibility is to provide an initial high level review of the Mid-Year and Renewal Packages as well as perform renewal rate confirmations and escalate any outliers / variances to Sales Support for validation / resolution. Responsibilities * Client Materials * Coordinate with Sales Support on producing / printing /ordering / assembling of Client materials such as enrollments kits * Coordinate with Sales Support on producing / printing /assembling Mid- Year Packages (including Cover Sheet, Executive Summary template, Aggregate Statement, HPPR, HCTC and Utilization Report) for Clients * Coordinate with Sales Support on producing / printing /assembling Renewal Packages (including Cover Sheet, Executive Summary template, Aggregate Statement, HPPR, HCTC and Utilization Report) for Clients * Create Wellness binders * Create PowerPoint presentations as needed * Document Validation / Preparation * Perform an initial high level review of Mid-Year Package and escalate outliers to Sales Support for validation /resolution as necessary * Perform an initial high level review of Renewal Package and escalate outliers to Sales Support for validation /resolution as necessary * Perform renewal rate confirmations and escalate variances to Sales Support for validation /resolution as necessary * Complete Level Funding template on hot prospects for NBM * General Administrative * Build and maintain case-level files / folders (electronic and paper as necessary) * Scrub and collect missing / incomplete data on Medical Underwriting Forms for ASO cases under 100 lives * Create Final Rate Letters for sold cases * Handle other administrative tasks such as calendaring management as needed * Act as a resource to Manager / others on special projects * Provide out-of-office support as needed * Provide receptionist coverage, if necessary Position_Requirements * BA/BS or directly related work experience * Demonstrated knowledge of health insurance or employee benefit experience * Basic understanding of products, benefits, rates and financials * Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and proactively with internal and external partners * Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and work under pressure * Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills * Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with others, takes direction well, but also offers recommended solutions to develop best practice * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer is required Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, age, disability, sex (including pregnancy), childbirth or related medical conditions including but not limited to lactation, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, religion, national origin, ancestry, marital or familial status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, citizenship status or any other characteristic protected by applicable equal employment opportunity laws.If you require an accommodation based on your physical or mental disability please email: *********************.
